Operations Management

This course covers the strategic issues and practical applications related to operations management. Students will be exposed to operational functions. Focus will be given on the understanding of how the provision of goods organized and managed, as well as identifying areas for improvement in the management of goods and services. In addition, this course also provides exposure to the students about the practice of operations management as practiced by the leading businesses in the world.
