Students will analyze key management concepts, theories, and practices, incorporating ethical principles, integrity, and sustainability into decision-making. They will develop strategies that create long-term value, using problem-solving skills to address challenges ethically and sustainably. The course covers the formulation of alternative strategies to maximize organizational benefits while upholding ethical standards, sustainability, and responsible leadership. Students will also learn contemporary managerial tools to create competitive advantages and adapt to global markets. Additionally, the course highlights the strategic influence of  environments, preparing students to make informed decisions in a complex, interconnected business world. 

MONA FAIRUZ RAMLI

This course focuses on the strategic application of technology in e-commerce, providing students with a deep understanding of the tools, systems, and infrastructures that power online businesses. Students will analyze technological trends, evaluate their impact on e-commerce platforms, and develop scalable and secure e-commerce solutions. The course emphasizes real-world applications, enabling students to integrate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, security, and customer engagement in e-commerce ecosystems.  

AZWADI ALI

This course provides postgraduate students with a comprehensive understanding of research methodologies and their application in business research. It covers the entire research process, from identifying research problems to designing and conducting studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings. Emphasis is placed on both qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as mixed-methods approaches. Students will gain practical skills in using relevant software for data analysis and will be guided in developing their own research proposals.
